Strawberry-Banana Breakfast Smoothies2

1 cup orange juice
3 tbsp non fat, dry, milk powder
1/2 sliced banana
10 fresh strawberries
3 ice cubes

Combine all and blend until smooth. The recipe is for 1 serving.

Orange-Granola Breakfast Smoothies

2 sliced bananas
2 tbsp honey
1 orange peeled and cut
1/4 cup granola 

Combine and blend until smooth. The recipe suffices 2 servings.

 

Oatmeal Smoothie4

1 cup apple juice
1 frozen banana
3 heaped tbsp uncooked oats
3 tbsp maple syrup
Additional frozen fruit if required

Combine all and blend until smooth. Ingredients are for one serving.

Non Diary Peach Smoothie

1/2 frozen peach
1/4 cup soft tofu
1 cup soy milk
1 tsp sweetener
1 x 20 g scoop low carb soy powder

Combine all and blend until smooth. The ingredients are for 1 serving.

With a rich flavor reminding of autumn, this smoothie is packed with omega 3 and antioxidants, particularly vitamin A. Blend it with ice for a refreshing summer treat or choose milk for a comforting winter drink.

1 sweet potato
1 carrot
1/2 cup pumpkin
1/4 cup avocado, pitted and pealed
1/2 cup almond milk, soy milk and skim milk
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon(optional)

Cut the sweet potato into 1 inch pieces.
Juice the carrot and the sweet potato first and then add the pumpkin.
Give it a bit of spice by adding a little cinnamon.
The ingredients are for 3 cups.

pinch cilantro
1/2 lime peeled
1/2 cup strawberries, capped
1/4 cup water

Add the ingredients to your blender and puree until it reaches the desired consistency. Ingredients are for 2 cups.
